Urban Aerie White Glove Delivery & Inspection

Your furniture is delivered in two simple steps to ensure it arrives safely and is professionally installed.

Step 1 — Freight Delivery

Your furniture is shipped directly from the manufacturer in its original factory-sealed packaging and delivered by one of our trusted freight partners to ensure it remains protected throughout transit.

Please do not open or assemble your furniture upon delivery.

Step 2 — Urban Aerie White Glove Service

Our goal is to have an Urban Aerie White Glove specialist available as close to your delivery time as possible. If scheduling doesn't allow for a same-day visit, we'll arrange the next available appointment at your convenience.

During your appointment, our team will:

• Inspect every item for shipping damage or defects
• Professionally unpack your furniture
• Assemble and place each piece in your home
• Remove all packaging materials

This inspection process helps ensure your furniture arrives in perfect condition and allows us to promptly resolve any shipping-related issues before installation.

If our team is not present at the time of delivery, simply leave the furniture in its original sealed packaging until your scheduled White Glove appointment.

Please note: Opening or assembling furniture before the White Glove inspection may affect our ability to process shipping damage claims.

Thank you for trusting Urban Aerie to deliver a premium furniture experience from start to finish.
