Delivery Area
We currently deliver to Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties only.

Delivery Timeline
Orders typically arrive within 2–4 weeks from the date of purchase.

White Glove Delivery
All deliveries include White Glove service — our team brings your furniture inside, sets it up, and removes all packaging.

Delivery fees are calculated as follows: for every complete $5,000 of your order total, a flat $600 delivery fee applies. Any remaining balance under $5,000 is charged based on this tier:

Under $1,000 — $250
$1,000–$3,000 — $400
$3,000–$5,000 — $600

Examples:

$900 order → $250
$5,900 order → $600 + $250 = $850
$12,500 order → $600 + $600 + $400 = $1,600
$15,000 order → $600 + $600 + $600 = $1,800

Damage Inspection Policy
Every piece of furniture is fully inspected at our warehouse before it leaves for delivery. Upon arrival, our delivery team will unpack and inspect the item with you before it is signed off.

If any damage is found, it must be reported immediately, at the time of delivery, directly to our delivery team on site. Because all furniture is inspected damage-free before leaving our warehouse, any issue found at delivery will be resolved that same day.

We're unable to accept damage claims reported after the delivery team has left, as the item was confirmed damage-free at handoff.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it online at no charge. After 24 hours, your order enters processing and shipment. Cancellations requested after this window will be treated as a return, and shipping costs plus our 40% restocking fee will apply.

Returns
A 40% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. We do not accept returns on undamaged furniture that has already been delivered. All damage-related concerns must be addressed at the time of delivery.

Custom & Upholstery Orders
All custom upholstery pieces are made to order and are considered final sale. These items are not eligible for return or cancellation once production has begun.
